Our facility at Vijayamangalam, Erode District, spans approximately 65,000 sq ft and runs 117 machines — installed capacity that puts Super Tech Laces among India’s largest Schiffli fabric manufacturers, without letting go of product consistency.

Lässer MVD 57 Schiffli machines
The Lässer MVD 57 represents precision and performance in Schiffli embroidery. Our five machines run the embroidery for both the Schiffli and GPO ranges, working hundreds of needles in unison across the full fabric width.
Together they deliver a capacity of 10,000 metres of lace and 5,000 metres of fabric.

More than 100 crochet machines
More than 100 crochet machines form the largest line on our floor, producing narrow lace up to six inches wide with a combined capacity of 8,000 to 12,000 metres a day.
Running this many machines in house keeps large orders on one schedule and one standard.

12 multi-head embroidery machines
Our 12 imported multi-head machines specialise in motifs: embroidered patches, appliques and ready neck laces, worked for garment makers as cut and finished pieces.
Each machine produces up to 20,000 pieces a day, so volume orders move quickly to dispatch.
